Damn. Not only is Bioshock a really solid first person shooter in a completely unique world setting, it just might have the best story of any game I’ve ever played. The characters are compelling, the tension runs high, and there are moral choices to be made by the player that really seem to matter. On top of everything else, I was rewarded by an ending that I found genuinely moving. Honestly, I can’t say that I’ve ever gotten that from a video game before. Kudos to the good people at 2K Games. You folks knocked it out of the park.
